The Moscow Mule is such a timeless classic in its signature copper mug. This recipe is one that we put together, because we didn’t quit have all the necessary ingredients. It was still the perfect balance of Vodka and Ginger beer, and a cold refreshing cup of crushed ice. Also, if you have the extra sprig of mint, it makes it more special.

There are other ways variations that you can try, but this is the one we make. The Kentucky Mule uses bourbon in place of Vodka, and the Mexican Mule uses Tequilla rather than vodka. Both good options if you want to change it up a little. You can also try Cherry Moscow Mule, Cranberry Vodka Punch, or Strawberry Vodka Lemonade. If you are wondering about the mugs and their purpose, it seems like they keep the drink colder longer, but you can be the judge there. If you don’t have the copper mugs a highball glass would work as well. You can also go with a set like this so you ‘ll have the utensils too. Honestly, you don’t need the fancy cups or the utensils to enjoy you Moscow Mule, just remember to drink responsibly.
