Chia seeds are often found in larger quantities, however for our family they are pretty versatile, and we use them in many other recipes for the kids. We make Banana Roll Ups frequently and often put them in various yogurts and pudding that we eat, mainly to help with digestive health. Our son has down syndrome, so this greatly helps with this process, and he is still only about to eat mostly soft foods. If you are looking for another side, you can also try Spicy Spinach Bacon Dip or Cowboy Spread. Enjoy!
