Equipment

  • 1 pkg Wooden or steel skewers about 6-12 depending on how many you want to make.
  • 1 Zester

Ingredients

  • Strawberries
  • Cuties or Orange sections
  • 3-4 Slices Kiwi
  • Blueberries
  • Grapes
  • Raspberries

Lime Yogurt Dip

  • 1 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Lime Juice Fresh squeezed is best!
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • Grated Lime Zest
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 8 oz. Block Cream Cheese

Instructions

  • Cut all of the fruit into bitesize chunks. You can put everything in one bowl or use different bowls for each fruit. For the kids it’s more fun to use separate bowls, so that’s how we put them together.
  • Fill the skewer sticks leaving and inch or so at each end. Once you have filled all of the sticks you want, set aside.
  • In a small bowl mix, all of the dip ingredients together until everything in folded in, then add a little grated lime zest. You can use a stand mixed or a hand mixed for this.
  • Once complete set in the fridge to chill for a few hours or overnight. It’s best served cold.

Notes

You can use any fruit that you wish.  Pineapple, apple slices, watermelon, and blackberries are other great options. If all of the dip ingredients are cold you can serve right away, but allowing everything to chill together works best and taste better. You can chill for can few hours or overnight.
