This fruit dip is as simple as it is fun. Made with just a handful of pantry staples, it comes together in minutes and can be adapted a dozen different ways. It’s a cool, creamy treat for hot days—perfect for dipping fresh fruit or even sneaking a spoonful straight from the bowl. The best part? It brings the whole family into the kitchen. Kids love helping mix it up, and everyone enjoys digging in once it’s ready.

Ingredients
- 1 small container of Marshmallow Cream
- 1 8 oz. block of cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. grated orange peel

Instructions
- Set out your crema cheese to soften. A good rule of thumb is at least 30 minutes so that you don’t end up with little lumps in your dip.
- In a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients together and mix well. You can use a stand mixer, hand mixer, or just with a spoon. Either mixer work best.
