Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. block of cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. grated orange peel

Instructions

  • Set out your crema cheese to soften. A good rule of thumb is at least 30 minutes so that you don’t end up with little lumps in your dip.
  • In a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients together and mix well. You can use a stand mixer, hand mixer, or just with a spoon. Either mixer work best.

  • 1 small jar Marshmallow Cream, about 7 oz.
  • 1 block Cream Cheese
  • ¼ tsp Ground Ginger

For those that have been following our story, we have a child with down syndrome and hydrocephalus. Almost all of the recipes that we create have him in mind. Currently, we are trying to pack on the calories, so this recipe slides right under our radar. We put a thickening solution in most all of his food, and this is something that we don’t have to.
