Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

This broccoli and cauliflower salad has been a favorite of mine since childhood and continues to be a go-to dish well into adulthood. It’s followed me around for years. It has been at every Thanksgiving, Christmas, family BBQ for as long as I can remember; or at least back to the 1980’s. It’s cool, crunchy, and refreshing—perfect for those hot summer days when you need something light but satisfying. Packed with crisp veggies and simple ingredients, it’s a dish that brings back memories and brings my whole family back to the table.

Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

This has been a family staple going back many years. I’m not even sure at this point where the recipe came from. However, this is a cool, crunchy, and healthy salad that we have made almost every single summer and every holiday in between. If you might be looking for something else, you can also try Garden Pasta Salad, Simple Spinach Salad, or The Best Tangy Pork and Beans. All are great options, and they are all great for every summer BBQ or any other family event.
