Spinach Cream Cheese Flatbread
Eating pizza delivery gets old sometimes. Cooking for two can be challenging because most of the time you end up having a ton of leftovers for the rest of the week. When we are craving pizza, we go for this spinach cream cheese flatbread. There are numerous different combinations you can use for this, but this option is the one we use the most. It’s typically done faster that we can order a pizza and have it delivered. 😉 We’ve even added sliced avocado on the top which makes it so much better.
Ingredients
2 Naan packages of Naan Flatbread
1 package cream cheese
2 cloves of garlic/minced.
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Spinach
Sun Dried Tomatoes
Bacon pieces
1 Avocado
2 eggs
Instructions
In a small bowl mix the softened cream cheese, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and cayenne pepper.
Spread the mixture on to the flatbread, and place both pieces on a baking sheet.
Top with the spinach, sundried tomatoes, bacon pieces, shaved parmesan.
Cook at 375 degrees until lightly brown.
In a separate pan fry your egg to your liking. After it\’s cooked slide it on top of your pizza.
Optional to sprinkle green onions, and avocado slices after baking.

- 1 Pkg Cream Cheese
- 2 Cloves Garlic or 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- ½ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- ½ Cup Parmesan
- 2-3 Handfuls Spinach
- Sundried Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Bacon Bits
- 1 Avocado optional
- 2 eggs or however many flatbreads you have.
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix the softened cream cheese, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, cayenne pepper, and garlic Save back a little parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top.
- Spread the mixture on to the flatbread, and place both pieces on a baking sheet.
- Top with the spinach, sundried tomatoes, bacon pieces, parmesan.
- Cook at 375 °F until lightly brown.
- Optional to sprinkle green onions, and avocado slices after baking. It's even better if you add the slices avocado after baking.
