In a small bowl mix the softened cream cheese, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, cayenne pepper, and garlic Save back a little parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top.
Spread the mixture on to the flatbread, and place both pieces on a baking sheet.
Top with the spinach, sundried tomatoes, bacon pieces, parmesan.
Cook at 375 °F until lightly brown.
Optional to sprinkle green onions, and avocado slices after baking. It's even better if you add the slices avocado after baking.
