Ground Beef Casserole

Ground Beef Casserole

This ground beef casserole comes together really easy and with just a few ingredients. It also comes in handy when the cold weather starts to set in, is really budget friendly, and feeds a family of four. This would also been a good option to freeze, and then drop the biscuits on after you have warmed it through. If you are not an olive-lover, those are optional and can easily be left out. It can also be served with a simple Cesar side salad or cauliflower mac and cheese, which is what we typically serve it with.

The little back story here is that this was one of grandma’s recipes from probably the 1970’s. Occasionally when we get tired of the normal rotation of recipes, we revert back to grandma’s collection, adjust a few things, and make it our own. The issue with this one is that the notecard that it was on is so old, it is barely legible. You really can’t beat and old family recipe from the mid 1900’s.
