Method
- In a medium skillet brown the ground beef with the diced onion, drain, and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl mix the remaining ingredients (minus the biscuits)
- Next fold in the drained ground beef with the remaining ingredients.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a greased 9x13 pan.
- Place into a 375 °F oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove and place the biscuits evenly over the top. Brush with melted butter for an extra layer of flavor (optional).
- Place back in the over and bake for another 15-20 minutes at 375 °F
Notes
For an extra layer of flavor, you can brush the top of the biscuits with melted butter before you put them back in the oven.
