There are just a couple of things that we try to look for when we are putting dinner together. The first thing is that it can be made in a short time, and the other is it somewhat easy on the budget. Of course, we want it to be somewhat healthy, but that’s not always possible. Then there are the dessert portions, which sometime speak for themselves. Casseroles, and some sort of skillet dinner, or something in the crockpot are pretty common for us. If you are wanting to get away from the skillet meal you can also try Pepperoni Chicken Casserole, Good Gosh Casserole or Enchilada Casserole. All of them winners in our house!
