Italian Sausage Skillet
A flavorful, quick and easy dinner that come together quickly for any night of the week. It's also really versatile and feeds a good deal of people for a relatively low price. Of course you can adjust the quantities to make a larger portion.

- 2 Cups Uncooked Pasta.
- 1 lb. Polish or Italian Sausage. cut into 1/2-inch slices.
- 1/2 White Onion diced.
- 1 Green Pepper sliced.
- 1 Red Pepper sliced.
- 2 Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Mined Galic
- 1 Can Fiesta Corn
- Mozzarella Cheese sliced.
- Olive Oil
Cook pasta, drain, and set aside. Slightly undercook the pasta.
In a medium skillet over medium-high heat sauté the sausage, peppers, onion, basil and garlic.
Once the sausage is cooked through, and the veggies are translucent, add all remaining ingredients. Combine.
Next add everything to a 9x13 baking dish, or you can use a cast iron skillet. We use a skillet so there is less dished everything can be completed in the pan.
Place it into a 350-degree oven for about 20 minutes.
Remove from the over and add the sliced mozzarella on the top. Place back into the over until the cheese is nice and melted.
