Cherry Lemon Crazy Cake
This cherry lemon crazy cake is just the way that is sounds. The ingredients might be a little crazy, but it comes out of the oven just perfect. The ingredients can easily be adjusted to allow for several different flavors but have an extremely moist and spongy taste. You could also add some cream cheese frosting after it bakes, if you wish. The kids would really love it.

This is a really easy and versatile recipe. You could use a buttercream frosting on top, or it would be just GREAT with fresh fruit over the top, and a light dusting of powdered sugar. Even better you could drop a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. The possibilities are really endless.
