Cherry Lemon Crazy Cake
As strange as the recipe might sound the final product comes out great! It's almost as if the marshmallows disappear, but it leaves a super moist and gooey cake. The top is semi crunchy, but if you desire it would be fine with some sort of buttercream frosting on the top.

- 1 box Lemon Cake Mix
- 10 oz bag Mini Marshmellows
- 1 can Cherry Pie Filling
- 1 box Lemon Jello
- 1 Lemon zest (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Pour the entire bag of marshmallows into a greased 9×13 pan.
In a separate bowl mix together the cake mixture according to the box instructions. Set aside.
Pour the batter over the top of the marshmallows.
In a small bowl mix together the cherry pie filling, and one box of lemon Jell-O.
Once the filling and the Jell-O have been thoroughly combined, pour the mixture over the top of the cake batter. Gently swirl the mixture with the cake batter.
Bake at 350 °For about 45 minutes.
Set aside to cool and enjoy!
