Fruit Glaze

Fruit Glaze

This is a real easy way to add another layer of flavor to your fruit. It can easily be drizzled over your choice of fruit, or it would be a great addition to a fruit pizza. This fruit glaze would go great right in the middle of fruit tray at the peak of summer. Some good fruit options are: strawberries, bananas, pineapples, or blueberries. It is possible to use store-bought honey, but I would encourage you to find some locally sourced honey if you can. Locally sourced honey, for us, tastes better, and it can be used in numerous other desserts to enhance the sweetness.
