Creamy Beef Dip

Creamy Beef Dip

This creamy beef dip is one of our family’s favorites, especially when it’s right out of the oven in a cast iron skillet. If you wanted, you could make it in a crock pot, but we never have tried. This is our favorite way to do it. You wouldn’t need to use a cast iron skillet if you don’t have one, a small baking dish would work well too.

Cheesy Beef Dip

An easy dip for almost all gathers, but best served hot. Serve with a thick sturdy chip like Corn Chips, or even bagel chip. A crostini would work well too.

Extra – It goes without saying that this is another great dip for football season. This might work well in a crockpot, but we have always made it in a cast iron. Serve it hot with Crostini Bread for Dipping, Corn chips, bagel chips, or some sort of crusty bread. You can also try Spinach Queso, Bean and Bacon Queso, or Nolan’s Bean Dip. All perfect for football, or any game season. Another helpful hint is to buy green chilies by the case. We put them in most everything, and it helps when the garden isn’t producing.
