Cherry Almond Bars
This is another great option if you enjoyed the Chocolate Chip Dump Bars. These Cherry Almond Bars are really simple to make, you can just dump the ingredients in, and have a really gooey treat in no time. There are so many other ways to make them, and the possibilities are endless.
Ingredients
2 Cups Sugar
1 3/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
3/4 Cup Oil (We used Avocado Oil , and it worked great) !
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup white chocolate chips
1/2 Cups Cashews, or nut of your choice (We used sliced almonds)
1/2 Cup coconut flakes
10 Oz. Can of Maraschino Cherries (stemless) And 2 tablespoons of the juice
Instructions
Dump all ingredients (excluding chocolate chips, nuts and coconut) into a medium mixing bowl and combine with a spoon, until moist. Pour into greased 9×13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, sliced almonds and coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. These cherry almond bars are also better with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
