Equipment

  • 1 Mini Muffin Pan

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground beef or Sausage
  • 1 cup Liquid Ranch Dressing
  • ¼ cup Diced Jalapenos with or without seeds depending on your level of spice.
  • cups Shredded Cheese of your choice.
  • 1 pkg 1 package wonton wrappers typically found in the produce department of your grocery store.
  • 2-3 tbsp Taco Seasoning 1 packet
  • 2 tbsp Chili powder
  • Chopped Cilantro for garnish optional.

Instructions

  • Brown your ground beef/sausage and break it up into small pieces. Once cooked, set it aside and let it cool. Adding the cheese too early will cause it to melt before it should. Make sure to drain as much of the grease as possible.
  • Once cool, mix together all other ingredients.
  • Spray the muffin pan with cooking spray.
  • Next, take your mini muffin pan and place your wonton wrappers in each of the cups. Gently press the center of each wrapper so that it fills the cup and much as possible.
  • Next take a small scoop or spoon and fill the wontons will your sausage cheese mixture. Mak sure not to over-fill or under-fill. The mixture should be about level with the top of the cup.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
