- 1 Large Picher
Ingredients
- 1 Quart Fresh Strawberries You can use froze, but ensure they are fully defrosted and drained of water.
- 1-2 Lemons sliced for garnish
- Mint Leaves for garnish
- 750 ml Vodka You can use regular vodka, vanilla, or whipped cream, depending on your level of sweetness.
- 1 Liter Club Soda
- 1 Cup Lemon Juice depending on the tartness you enjoy, you can use more.
- Sugar Depending on the level of sweetness you want. (This is optional)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher pour the Vodka, Lemon Juice, and the club, and stir until mixed well.
- In a small well-sized glass place one strawberry with the stem removed and mush or muddle until you desired consistency.
- Next fill the cup to the rim with ice, and full will the lemonade.
- Garnish with lemon slice, mint, and more strawberries if you want.
Notes
- This recipe is made for a pitcher size portion. We just make a pitcher, and then make individuals drinks from there. You're welcome to make smaller portions to tailor to your needs, but this works best for us. You can add the amount of sugar or sweetener you want to add more of a sweet taste. However, we don't use sugar or sweetener because we enjoy the simple tart taste of lemonade. We typically make a pitcher and put it in the fridge overnight to ensure that everything is chilled to perfection.
