- 8 oz Rotel
- 16 oz Pepperjack Cheese cubed
- 16 oz Monterey Jack Cheese cubed
- 12 oz Spinach Thawed or Fresh. It still works fine is you are not able to thaw.
- 4 oz Diced Green Chilies
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
Mix all ingredients into a crockpot and cook on low for about 2 hours stirring occasionally. Serve Warm.For quicker results you can cook on high for about an hour stirring occasionally.
