1Medium Onion Sliced
1-2Lemons
Mixture
½CupBrown Sugar
½Cup Ketchup
½Cup Vinegar
Instructions
Place the pork chops into a 9x13 baking dish or a cast iron skillet. We make 4 at a time, so we used cast iron.
Slice the onion and the lemon about ½ inch thick, and place one of each on top of the pork chops.
In a medium bowl mix together the brown sugar, ketchup, and vinegar.
Pour some of the mixture over each of the chops, and place into a 350 °F for about 50-60 minutes depending on the thickness of the pork chop. For thinner chops, 30-45 minutes works well.
