Ingredients

  • 4-6 Pork Chops Thickness will depend on cooking time.
  • 1 Medium Onion Sliced
  • 1-2 Lemons

Mixture

  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Ketchup
  • ½ Cup Vinegar

Instructions

  • Place the pork chops into a 9x13 baking dish or a cast iron skillet. We make 4 at a time, so we used cast iron.
  • Slice the onion and the lemon about ½ inch thick, and place one of each on top of the pork chops.
  • In a medium bowl mix together the brown sugar, ketchup, and vinegar.
  • Pour some of the mixture over each of the chops, and place into a 350 °F for about 50-60 minutes depending on the thickness of the pork chop. For thinner chops, 30-45 minutes works well.
