Mix in all the ingredients straight down the list while the mixer is running. (This is easier way that we find to do this, so they don't end up being over mixed)If you don't have a stand mixer, mix in 3 of the ingredients, and them mix together, and so on until all of the ingredients have been folder together. Also be sure you are using a good sturdy spoon. You could also use a hand mixer as well following the same steps.
Drop teaspoon sized scoops on a greased cookies sheet and bake at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes. A good cookie scoop works well for this.
If you want to get really fancy you can fork smash the tops, but we never usually make it that far.
