Banana Pudding Bundt Cake
This is best served with vanilla ice cream, and tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen.

- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 1 Yellow Cake Mix
- 4 Eggs
- 1 pkg Banana Cream or Vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup Water
- ¼ cup Oil
- ½ cup Chopped Nuts (Pecans or Walnuts)
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp milk for the glaze
- Powdered sugar for the glaze
Peel the bananas and use a fork to mash them down to a soup-like consistency. This is a great time to use those frozen bananas that you were saving to make banana bread that you knew you would never use.
Add all four eggs, and all other ingredients, except the nuts. You can add the chopped pecans/walnuts into the batter or save them to sprinkle on top. We did both.
Spray the bundt pan or baking dish with the Baker’s Joy, and then tap and shake evenly to level out the batter.
