- Peel the bananas and use a fork to mash them down to a soup-like consistency. This is a great time to use those frozen bananas that you were saving to make banana bread that you knew you would never use.
- Add all four eggs, and all other ingredients, except the nuts. You can add the chopped pecans/walnuts into the batter or save them to sprinkle on top. We did both.
- Spray the bundt pan or baking dish with the Baker’s Joy, and then tap and shake evenly to level out the batter.
