Banana Parfait
A super simple and semi-healthy treat that the kids will love. Or not even the kids, the adults can enjoy it just the same. It's also an easier way to get rid of bananas if banana bread has worn you out.

- 4-5 Ripe Bananas
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1-2 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Cups Fresh Berries
- 1/2 Cup Granola or nut of your choice
- 1-2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
- Whip Cream or Low-Fat Greek yoghurt. Optional
In a small bowl mash, the bananas together until you have your desired consistency. You can use a blender if you wish, we just prefer it a little chunkier.
Next fold in the lemon juice, honey, chia seeds, and some of the berries. You can save a few berries back for the top.
Place the banana mixture in the bottom of the parfait glass, then add whipped topping if you wish, and top with a few berries, and your choice of nuts.
We prefer to let it chill in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes. It's better if it's a little chilled.
