In a small bowl mash, the bananas together until you have your desired consistency. You can use a blender if you wish, we just prefer it a little chunkier.
Next fold in the lemon juice, honey, chia seeds, and some of the berries. You can save a few berries back for the top.
Place the banana mixture in the bottom of the parfait glass, then add whipped topping if you wish, and top with a few berries, and your choice of nuts.
We prefer to let it chill in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes. It's better if it's a little chilled.
